Takcheongjeong Head House,
Important Folklore Material No. 226
This Historic House was built by Takcheongjeong Kim Yu, in the 36th year of King Jungjong of the Joseon Dynasty (1541). The house consists of main house and Takcheongjeong.
Main house consists of 22 rooms, and has a "ㅁ" shape.
Takcheongjeong Pavilion is an arbor annexed to the main house, has three rooms in the front and two rooms in the side. Its roof is a Hipped-and-Gable Roof which shapes like ‘八’(eight) looking in the side.
The pavilion designated with the main house was upgraded to Important Folklore Material No. 226 on August 22, 1991.
It is located in Cultural Heritage Complex in Ocheon Gunja-ri.
